Would be good to add a note clarifying that users of Quantinuum-Nexus should not be using pytket-quantinuum to access H-series and linking to a relevant tutorial in the Nexus docs.

We should probably add the note here -> https://tket.quantinuum.com/extensions/pytket-quantinuum/
