Add badges to volunteers

As an administrator of a social welfare organization, I would like to be able to add reward badges to my volunteers corresponding to 'Highest number of hours served', 'Most beneficiary categories served', etc., so that I can keep track of their involvement with the organization and inspire greater commitment.
