mesh_soft should be mech_soft

In the db, we have mislabeled mech_soft (as in mechanical_soft) as mesh_soft. Ideally, to avoid confusion, we should change the name of the field before it becomes difficult to do so.

I would imagine this would require changes to the migrations, and potentially the seed.rb file.
