There should be a profile page which enables users to see their profile information (change profile picture?).

The profile should display info of past executive terms & enable users to update the info of current / future terms, all in the same place. Eseentially, you should be reimplementing the page here #62, but not 600 lines of garbage 😭

Also, please let me know if the backend officers api documentation is not clear enough about intended behaviour
