Download link on website just links to a discord instead of a download link

If you look at the html for the website it only links a discord when you try and download the game.

so does this mean that if i want to grab the patch file and use the web patcher utility instead, i have to grab said patch file from discord directly? since the only thing on the download page is a launcher utility that downloads its own instance of duckstation when i have a setup already config'd?
