Hi, thanks for reaching out.
You can apply for the BP4D dataset at https://www.cs.binghamton.edu/~lijun/Research/3DFE/3DFE_Analysis.html
and the DISFA dataset at http://mohammadmahoor.com/disfa/

Please fill out the dataset application forms and submit them to the corresponding owners or institutions.
As I know, it is not free for us to obtain BP4D raw data.
