I'm Feeling Better Button missing from Browser - and Arrow to clear instructions #317

When viewing the app in the browser (Chrome) the 'I'm Feeling Better' button is not visible. Neither is the arrow which appears at the bottom of the instructions panel, which indicates that the user should click there in order to make the instructions disappear.

When I first load the page in IE browser, the 'Im Feeling Better' button does appear, but then vanishes.
It seems to work fine in the app.

Please can you look into this?
