Ability for partner to choose which field shows up on pop-up

I can't find this in the list (not sure what keywords to use).

There are many partners that want to be able to customize which fields get put into the pop-up. They do not want location_type to be the field on the pop-ups. They typically want the id field to be the one they see when they click on a polygon or point.
