Clarify roles and permissions to users, especially public users

Public users for project can't see the same information as a project member. We should display a member's role on the project dashboard so that a user isn't confused. This would pair perfectly with requesting access to the project ( #943 ) but would still be a value-add as a stand-alone.

This information is currently available on the User Dashboard in the project index.
