Some reported issues with broken new installation paths #101

@gavin-hyl has reported two failure paths on his machine (not verified yet):

source setup.sh --recommended --zed --leap --install-sys-deps leads to ZED SDK not installed in a pixi shell
source setup.sh --recommended --zed --leap --install-sys-deps-docker does not seem to have the local deps installed in the docker container
