Foxglove parameter display

In the "table" panel of foxglove, topic message information (rate and count) are not displayed. This is most likely a foxglove issue but we are not sure.

Email the Foxglove people at their tech support email (it's an annoying system, you have to submit some form on their website instead of directly contacting them).
