Add support for S3 storage

The focus right is now is to make it functional with postgres as data storage. And with the current architecture, it would be hard to add S3 as data storage instead. But if you have the skill feel free to try and add it yourself.
It might at some point be added, as I can see the use for it, but it will take while before that happens.

@rubikscraft I see that S3 has already been added but there is no documentation on the variables, can you tell me how to set S3 variables?

The feature is not yet finished, so it's not available in the latest release. That's why there's no documentation.

This is the only thing keeping me from using this.
