Issue with numeric buckets when defined in descending order

@elenatorro @Jesus89 adding the issue here of descending order buckets not behaving

When numeric buckets are defined in descending order, it doesn't look like the buckets are being calculated properly... it looks like (maybe??) the mid values are being ignored and only the min value and max value are being colored.

Anyway, here is a VL editor map with variables for ascending and descending values.
