Unable to properly launch Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell Blacklist due to crashes

Howdy!

I'm unable to play Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell Blacklist, it launches, shows the logos and disclaimers and all, then when the the main menu appears and asks to press any key to continue - performing such action results in game crashing.

Well, the thing is, when I launched the game for the first time I was able to play the game introductory level/mission without any issue. However, after I finished the introduction level the game started to crash. If I delete the save games on My Documents I'll be able to play the introduction level without any issue, but I'll not be able to advance any level further than that, whether I skip or finish it.

There's some errors on the log file related to pressure-vessel-adverb I don't know if that may have something to do with the issue. Please, help!
