Hi!

Using the normal processing procedure, my data is analyzed correctly and I get the appropriate hmm and hdf5 files. However, if I use the multi-processing option, I run into the Runtime error 'No data found for plate x and channel y. Any idea why normal processing works completely fine but the multi-processing option does not? Let me know if you need more information.
