When using Runilastik on an ilastik project file that was trained with multichannel input, even if we give it the same/correct image, it barfs. I suspect it's an ordering issue - ilastik expects c,y,x, - but haven't had time to rigorously debug. Attached is just a simple pipeline, and 2-channel and 3-channel test images and projects (since 3 channels is sometimes handled weird because of skimage privileging of 3 and 4 channel data specifically)
