Move existing Ansible roles to Ansible Galaxy

Currently, roles that are used to provision resources in linchpin only work within the linchpin environment.

Describe the solution you'd like
We need to make linchpin roles independent and self-sustaining such that there will be a better outreach towards the community. Further, This also makes linchpin code more modular.
