What is the IPFS feature in explorer used for?

IPFS is a protocol and peer-to-peer network for storing and sharing data in a distributed file system. [explorer.cere.network](http://explorer.cere.network), by default, provides the functionality to store files using the Crust Network ecosystem. In other words, Explorer allows the storage of data in Crust Network for all Substrate-based chains.

FAQ:
1. Does it connect to our DDC? No, it connects to Crust Network.
2. Where is the data uploaded via IPFS files hosted? Uploaded files are hosted on [Crust Network](https://crust.network/) using the standard [IPFS W3Auth Pinning Service](https://wiki.crust.network/docs/en/buildIPFSW3AuthPin).
3. The feature is scheduled for review for update or removal.

It was removed a recent version of explorer.
