Issue summary

  • update candidate validation subsystem to implement RFC-103

Implementation details

  • Validate from exhaustive: For backing, ensure that the session_index in the candidate receipt is the same as the session_index fetched from the runtime
  • Also, ensure descriptor core index is equal to the committed core index
