To be added:

  • Run tests with SAOTrace, too (at least the artifical source ones)
  • increase number of photons (or at least systematically study impact of photon number)
  • Try different parameters for celldetect and different source detection algorithms
  • extract number for sqlite database
  • try --pixadj=EXACT to rule-out effects of detector placement as cause of the systematic trend
