[RRS] is Render Resolution Scale and it disables Dynamic Resolution Function.
Please use;
Handheld RRS for Handheld Mode.
Docked RRS for Docked Mode.
And please don't activate both at the same time!

Some GFX Codes has no Function/Effect to the Game.
