Describe the bug
Account creation page is currently bricked

To Reproduce
Go to create account page and try to fill out info.

Expected behavior
Have it create an account or give a logical error like username exists and email exists.

I know this is nearly a year old, but I'm also getting the same issue. I also can't reset my password
