[Feature Request] - Auto Change Chatterino Tab

Not a huge fan of replacing twitch chat with chatterino cause I still like to have the channel points UI & get polls.

Thought it could be cool if there could be an option of having the browser extension just automatically trigger Chatterino to change it's active channel tab depending on which stream is being watched.

I usually have chatterino on it's own screen anyway.
