Redeems stop showing up

Good day ladies and gentlemen, I got the following problem with the Chatterino Desktop app.

When I am streaming for around one hour the app wont show the redeemed channelpoints anymore.
I always have to restart it and sometimes miss redeems because of this. Restarting only fixes the issue for another hour, so this can't be the ultimate fix. I really love this app, but this makes it kind of annoying to use.
Is there a fix for this?

This issue belongs in https://github.com/Chatterino/chatterino2/, not here.

If you are on 2.3.5, try using the nightly version - pubsub reliability (the mechanism that redeems are delivered over) was significantly improved since then.
