When two different names are supplied during adding a plan, the second name is added instead of displaying error message and it confuses the user.

The policy of how AlgoBase treats duplicate parameters is clearly specified at the beginning of the UG:
Thus the behavior is expected as the last occurences of the parameters are valid.
Severity downgraded to Low since normal usage is not affected.
