I've noticed that if a mod adds a 3D block model that uses the vanilla textures, it will often have squashed textures when a ctm pack is used. Something to note, I don't modify log textures at all, but glass is. In the image is the Bark Glass Door from the Macaw's Doors mod, but I have seen this happen with other mods as well, such as the More Red mod.
