Just wondering how to reset the FCB data

Basically, I was messing about with the Shades, hue's and other colour values, trying to get some specific colours, and I changes a value by 1 too many digits, which causes the game to freeze and crash on loading...
Any Fixes for this, as I've tried re-installing forge, deleting the mod countless times, I've tried everything I can think of, It would be a great help if there is some form of way to fix this

Delete flatcoloredblocks.cfg file in config folder.
