Changing the octave number directly on the note at the cursor position #69

Ctrl+Shift+[number] on a note at the cursor position in a sequence to change the octave directly.

So, for example, a C#2 note is changed to C#5 with pressing Ctrl+Shift+5 on it.

Why not use CTRL + F3/F4?
Okay, entering a number skips a few key presses, but it's easier to remember F3/F4 for transposing than a completely new key combination.
