Alert when sheet is full

If the gSheet is full (ie, no more empty rows remain to write to), the script will throw an error and no data will be written. Some ideas of how to handle this:

1. Automatically add new rows for the script to write to in the future
2. Alert the user (email?) that there are no cells left
