FastAPI version 0.105.0 can be updated to latest 0.112.0

Reason:
https://osv.dev/vulnerability/PYSEC-2024-38

While this vulnerability is present in 0.105.0, it got fixed in versions 0.109.0 and above

There are no breaking changes in the current code when we update from 0.105.0 to 0.112.0
