HOW TO CHECK NUMBER OF FILES IN THE COLLECTION ?

My kotaemon consistenly fails on the question: how many files are in THE COLLECTION (or any variation of such like: "our collection", "our library", "our files"...)
Nor he can properly list all files, which is disturbing as I am not sure what is the base of his analyses.
Is there any special way of referring in a chat to THE COLLECTION (THE one stored inside Kotaemon) so that Kotaemon can recognize it.
