[BUG] The file will only be used to populate the db once upon the first run, it will no longer be used in consequent runs.

Description

the .env file works only first time, if I changed the config in .env file, and restart the project by python app.py, the config dosen't change, emm I think it should be change by other way, can any body tell me how to solute it.

Reproduction steps

1. Go to '...'
2. Click on '....'
3. Scroll down to '....'
4. See error

@LINJIA333 this is an expected behavior of the system. You can remove ktem_app_data folder to repopulate items from .env file again, but after the launch you can only edit the model parameters on the UI or through the DB directly.
