This will be the big new feature for the 4.x release: a built-in app store.
We'll use the built in whmcs licensing functions for product add-ons, so there will be add-ons available for the eNom PRO product. Once a client purchases it, they'll be able to refresh their license, which will display the install/update links inside of the app store.

Biggest question for myself: Do we need to even rely on the WHMCS Licensing addons result? The poorly encoded string is very hard to work with. There are going to be at least two checks, regardless, one on the client side to see if that module/addon is installed, and the second to verify on the server side if they have access to purchase it.
