Create a cluster of RPC nodes using the resources from both team(munich and bits)

When the Ethereum RPC node in use is down (maybe because we passed the request load limit), we need our system to use another RPC node instead. We could have one or two nodes for backup, or balancing the load among several nodes.
Currently we are using quick node as a provider, since land has two nodes we can use these instead and reduce also costs. Or mantain the three of them
