The nfs-server-provider chart used in production doesn't exist anymore in the repo. (tutorial followed: https://www.digitalocean.com/community/tutorials/how-to-set-up-readwritemany-rwx-persistent-volumes-with-nfs-on-digitalocean-kubernetes)

We have to update the nfs-server-provider in prod to use the repo used in staging.
