What are generally available options in the US for 240VAC transformers?

I am building a project to monitor my HVAC AC compressor power usage, and the only power available at the unit is 240VAC.
I have been looking for small and isolated and generally available transformers, but finding something that 240VAC to ~9VAC to ~12VAC is not readily forthcoming.

I have found:

• Edwards Signaling 590Y 240V AC Primary 10V Secondary Transformer, ~$18 on Amazon, not available, can be found for ~$40 at other suppliers. This thing is big and bulky, but could work.
• Bel Signal Transformer IF-6-20, generally available at Mouser for ~$23, I selected the IF-6-20 to use secondaries in parallel for 10V 600mA. It is reasonably small, but PCB mount, so I'll need to make a PCB, not ideal but doable.

Any other options I should be looking at?
