Description of bug:

The mercy jacket and hood are missing their icons thus making it somewhat impossible to remove once worn unless you get someone else to strip it off of you.

Reproduction:

Select the mercy jacket as one of your items to spawn in with.
Suffer as you're basically stuck wearing "the emperor's new clothes" that nobody can see.
