Reproduction:

-Insert a container into an air canister, in this case it was an airtank into an oxygen canister.

-Open the valve, and fill the airtank/container to your preferred amount.

-Remove airtank.

-You will find the container still open, and flushing it's contents into the surrounding atmosphere.

---Previously, the canisters had a sort of 'safety catch' that would automatically turn off the valve when the container is removed. While this change may have been done on purpose, without knowledge of it I'm making this bug report as I've been told "Not to mistake stupidity for malice" or something along those lines, in the case it was an accidental change.
