New images are not showing up

This issue was reported via uReport:

I'm running the UReport app on my iPhone 6s. When I select 'My Reports' from the entry screen, I see a list of my submissions, most recent first. Looking back to my older reports, I am finding images displayed.

Several of my newer reports have a clickable 'Image' link that appears below the problem description. Following the link results in a black screen wrapped in a display frame with the 'Done' return link. Reports submitted without images don't have the 'Image' field (and it's link to a null object).
