Whenever uReport sends an email notification, the from and reply-to address are imaginary, and go nowhere. This is to prevent publishing staff email addresses.
Unfortunately, the "Send Email" feature becomes a little confusing...as many staff expect that this sends an email message from their personal email address...not some non-replyable system generated fake address.
We probably want to keep hiding staff email addresses...but we should provide a good paragraph, or two, of documentation on the "Send Email" screen for tickets.
