Links to L+I records do not include units if in address #132

It looks like the links to L+I need to be updated for units/apt's at an address.

For example if you search for 1100 Vine St Apt 700 in Atlas, these are the links to L+I:
https://li.phila.gov/Property-History/search/Violation-Detail?address=1100%20VINE%20ST&Id=612099
However, that link above is missing the unit number. Adding "apt 700" to the search url as below would fix it:
https://li.phila.gov/Property-History/search/Violation-Detail?address=1100%20VINE%20ST%20Unit%20700&Id=612099
