With the move from Google Sites to Jekyll hosted via Github Pages, the first step is recreating the existing content.

This ticket is recreating the content and functionality of the "Home" page of the website.

Links should still be accessible.

Requirement :

All links should be clickable and navigates to a placeholder page.

Made an initial commit. CSS needs to be adjusted and put into a dedicated file and images need to be added.
