Missing Prior Art

Hi, I noticed secure scuttlebutt was missing from the prior art section of the intro.

I was also curious to learn more about the logical centralisation and associated concerns with blockchains. Light clients can of course receive and broadcast messages without being full nodes, they are just rarely implemented. In that model full nodes are more like services that provide archival and trust metrics if desired.
