build.readme

You can build this document as a HTML syntax higlighted version. This is done via the included script:

$ python build.py

This requires:

* python
* python-pygments
* python-markdown

The table of contents will also be generated in the HTML. The "res" directory contains style and image resources, it should be copied along with the HTML.
