We have
protocol (OBI)
-- study protocol (NCIT)
-- clinical study protocol (NCIT)

The issue is with the has_exact_synonym for study protocol and clinical study protocol from NCIT: the study protocol has exact synonym protocol and the clinical study protocol has exact synonym study protocol.

The team decides to create a new term: clinical trial protocol.
