Big parts of the search pages code is duplicated in Serf/IPFS. Make a single search function that is called with a different parameter to search via Serf, via IPFS or whatever the tool we add.

[ipfs] Add search via IPFS

This commit adds a page and its menu link to search for services
via IPFS, based on the Serf code. The two pages are the same, so they
should be merged into one (as issued in
#75).
