Какое решение Вы хотите?
Необходимо проверить состояние файлов малин (всех трех нод), убрать лишнее, оптимизировать расположение всех файлов, собрать все на малине-мастере, подготовить автобэкапирование и возможность развертки из бэкапа. Словом, собрать все в одной машине, чтобы при обновлении железа полностью перенести все на новую машину.
