[SO] Check only closest orders to speed up maintenance

SO always re-evaluates its state by getting all open orders. This is overkill, it's enough to check only closest orders status to detect something changed. This would reduce load on the nodes as well.

Investigate if object subscription could be used to monitor changes on own orders.
