Goal:
Issuing certificates to contributors (both community program and DMP), mentors (for DMP) and organizations (for DMP)

User Type: DMP contributor

Usecase:

• DMP contributor when

1. clicks on "My certificate" before completion of DMP, will see a prompt- ""Certificate for contribution in C4GT's DMP 20xx will be awarded at the end of the program upon successful completion of your project""
2. clicks on "My certificate" after DMP has ended and there is a successful contribution- A VC will be generated with the option to download
3. clicks on "My certificate" after DMP has ended and there is NO successful contribution- a prompt will appear "Certificate can not be generated as you have not fulfilled the criteria for successful completion of your dedicated project."
