will not Open in Windows 7 #445

I can install it on Win 7, the icon is added to start menu, but nothing happens when opening it. If I look in task manger I can see it open for a little bit then it will close. I have tried http://ginnivan.blob.core.windows.net/markpadrelease/MarkPad.application from this post #430
and still get the same I make the Icon but when I click on it nothing

Do you have the minimum of .NET Framework 4.0 installed?
